| Carolina Moreno is an associate at the firm and focuses her practice on intellectual property, commercial law and regulatory matters.
She advises and represents Swiss and international clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters, particularly in relation to commercial agreements, licensing, the protection and exploitation of intellectual property rights, as well as regulatory compliance. Prior to joining MLL Legal in 2026, Carolina Moreno worked for four years as an associate at a business law firm in Geneva, where she already concentrated her practice on intellectual property and commercial law.
