Alain Gros, LL.M.

Alain Gros heads the firm’s employment law & social security group in Geneva and advises clients on a full range of employment matters, in particular cross-border employment relationships, terminations of employment and employment litigation.

He is also a highly experienced litigator at our Geneva office and has extensive experience in commercial law practices.

Alain has broad experience in domestic and international commercial litigation, including civil and criminal attachments and interim measures proceedings. He was one of the partners of the team representing a public entity, which filed the highest claim with a Swiss civil court in a banking matter. Alain Gros is also very active in all corporate and contractual matters, M&A, arbitration, aviation and insurance law.

Alain Gros joined MLL Legal in 1998 and became a partner in 2003.
