MLL Legal strengthens Tax Team with new Partner
MLL Legal is pleased to announce that Dr Julian Kläser has joined its Zurich office as a Partner. Having previously worked at MLL Legal, we are particularly pleased to welcome him back to the firm.
His return further strengthens MLL Legal’s tax practice at a time of increasing regulatory complexity and growing demand for advice at the intersection of tax, digital assets and emerging technologies. In particular, his expertise in DLT and crypto-related matters will enhance the firm’s capabilities in this rapidly evolving field.
Dr Julian Kläser is a tax law specialist with extensive experience advising on complex domestic and international tax matters. His practice focuses on tax and private clients work, advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and companies on tax, succession, and cross-border issues. He is well recognised for his extensive experience advising individuals and business owners relocating from Germany to Switzerland, as well as entrepreneurs and investors establishing or expanding business activities in Switzerland.
Thomas Nabholz, Head of Tax in Zurich, comments:
“With Julian, we are welcoming a highly skilled and dedicated tax specialist whose experience complements our team very well. His return supports our continued development, and we very much look forward to working with him.”
Alongside his practice, Dr Julian Kläser is actively involved in academic and professional education, contributing to the training of future tax professionals while remaining closely attuned to current legal and market developments.
Prior to rejoining MLL Legal, Dr Julian Kläser was a partner at another business law firm in Zurich. He holds teaching positions at the University of Liechtenstein and Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences. He publishes regularly and serves as editor-in-chief of iusNet Steuerrecht.
MLL Legal is delighted to welcome Dr Julian Kläser back to the firm and looks forward to his contribution to the continued growth of its tax and legal practice.
