MLL Legal | Litigation Team | Victory before the Swiss Supreme Court
After more than a decade of protracted litigation, MLL Legal secured a victory before the Swiss Supreme Court on behalf of an asset management company sued by a former client.
The client claimed that he had suffered significant losses because the asset manager pursued a more aggressive investment strategy than agreed upon.
The Swiss Supreme Court upheld the Zurich Court of Appeals’ decision to dismiss the claim, ruling that the client was an experienced and knowledgeable investor, who was fully aware that his assets were managed pursuant to a more aggressive strategy, and that he had knowingly approved the investments.
