MLL Legal Advises Ross Video on Strategic Acquisition of Swiss Camera Motion Technology
MLL Legal advised Ross Video Limited, a Canadian corporation and a global leader in live video production, on a strategic asset purchase of innovative camera motion technology and related equipment from swiss electronic creation GmbH.
The acquisition included the assignment and transfer of relevant intellectual property rights and further know-how. MLL provided advise on all aspects of Swiss law, led the drafting and negotiations of the transaction documents governed by Swiss law and coordinated the closing actions. MLL also advised on VAT-related elements of the asset purchase, including the overseas shipment of the involved assets.
