MLL Legal advises Deutsche Telekom as the Swiss counsel on the acquisition of the Austrian clinic IT specialist synedra Schweiz, a software company that offers solutions for data management in the healthcare sector. Headquartered in Austria, synedra has subsidiaries in Germany and Switzerland and serves more than 260 hospitals.
The MLL Legal team was led by partner and co-head of the ICT & Digital practice group Lukas Bühlmann and consisted of Nicola Benz (Data & Regulatory) as well as Marc Baumberger (Corporate & M&A).
