MLL Legal advised Netcetera Group AG on all legal aspects of the transaction, including the structuring of the acquisition, the drafting and negotiation of the contractual documentation and all required anti-trust filings.

The acquisition is a significant step for both companies and consolidates their close cooperation, now lasting almost 15 years. The acquisition was successfully closed in January 2024, once that all required anti-trust clearances had been obtained.
