Dr. Philipp Estermann, LL.M.

Philipp Estermann is a member of the firm’s Corporate & M&A team. He advises Swiss and international clients on all types of transactions and corporate matters as well as on commercial and competition law.

Prior to joining MLL Legal, Philipp Estermann worked several years for Swiss business law firms advising and representing clients in court in matters of corporate, commercial, and competition law. He worked several years as a Corporate Counsel for a global software company in the Silicon Valley, USA, and London, UK, and served as a court clerk with the District Court of Horgen, Switzerland.
