Gabriel Privat

Gabriel Privat is an associate in the firm’s Zurich office and contributes to the ICT & Digital practice group.

Gabriel holds Master’s degrees in European Regulatory Law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas and in E-commerce and Digital Economy Law from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, building upon his initial Master’s degree in Business Law. This academic foundation provides him with a solid understanding of the evolving regulatory landscape governing digital technologies.

Through previous internships in France and exposure to French, EU and Swiss legal environments, Gabriel supports clients navigating both local and cross-border operations in digital law.

He is fluent in French and English and conversant in Portuguese.
