WEBINAR: Introduction of Relative Market Power in Swiss Competition Law – What Undertakings Need to Know and Do
On 1 July 2021 MLL's Renato Bucher will be one of the expert speakers of the Mondaq webinar about recent changes in Swiss Competition Law.
Together with Jan Christian Eggers from Beiten Burkhardt’s Hamburg office and Froriep’s Romina A. Brogini in Zurich, participants will learn more about how the extension of article 7 of the Swiss Cartel Act to undertakings with “relative market power” affect compliance requirements of SMEs in Switzerland. A second area of discussion will be the restriction of geoblocking practices in the e-commerce sector in Switzerland. The speakers will present the new rules and identify need for action for undertakings, using comparisons in German law and practice.
