Michael Ritscher, Partner at MLL Legal, will speak together with Verena von Bomhard at the AIPLA 2026 Annual Meeting on “Protection of Designs in Europe”.
On 29 October 2026, Michael Ritscher and Verena von Bomhard will discuss recent CJEU developments concerning the protection of product designs under European copyright and design law, with a focus on the landmark “Mio” and “Deity Shoes” judgments.
Taking place from 29–31 October 2026 in Washington, DC, the AIPLA 2026 Annual Meeting will bring together IP professionals from around the world for three days of discussions, presentations, and networking on current developments in intellectual property law.
