At this year’s conference, our Partner Louisa Galbraith will chair the panel session:

“SPCs in Flux: CJEU Twists, National Plot Twists, and the Road to a Unitary Future”

The panel will examine the evolving supplementary protection certificate (SPC) landscape, including recent CJEU case law, national approaches, and the proposed Unitary SPC system. It will explore the practical implications for life sciences companies and their IP strategies, focusing on how businesses can navigate the changing framework for patent protection and market access across Europe.

The panel will feature:
