Swiss Arbitration Association conference on Emergency Arbitration in Geneva on 30 June 2022
Emergency arbitration is becoming increasingly prevalent in various arbitration proceedings and offers parties an additional efficient tool in arbitral proceedings. The conference on Emergency Arbitration will address this topic from the point of view of the counsel and of the arbitrator. The conference is organised by Jean Marguerat, as co-chair of the Swiss Arbitration Association group in Geneva, and will take place on Thursday 30 June 2022 in Geneva.
