Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA groupe genevois) conference on 1st December 2022
The conference will take place on Thursday 1 December 2022 in Geneva and is organised by Jean Marguerat and Alexandra Johnson, as co-chairs of the Swiss Arbitration Association group in Geneva.
Teresa Giovannini will talk about freely chosen issues, based on her extensive experience as counsel and arbitrator. We encourage you to come in large numbers to take advantage of this opportunity to hear a leading expert on our arbitration scene share some of her thoughts.
The session will start with a presentation by Frank Spoorenberg of the new Supplemental Swiss Rules for Corporate Law Disputes, in the drafting of which Mr. Spoorenberg participated and which are scheduled to come into force on 1 January 2023.
