Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) Conference on 3 October 2024 in Geneva
Jean Marguerat, as co-chair of the Geneva Group of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA), along with Alexandra Johnson, are organizing a conference on 3 October 2024 at 17:30 on the topic “Arbitration and Criminal Law”.
The speakers, Ms. Vanessa Liborio and Dr. Marc Henzelin, will lead the discussion on the intersection of criminal law and arbitration, exploring issues such as the effects of criminal prosecution on arbitration, the use of arbitration for unlawful purposes, and the criminal liability of arbitrators. The presentation will be followed by a general discussion during which participants will be able to share their experience and ask questions.
An aperitif will be held after the session on the CCIG premises. The event language is French.
