Jean Marguerat, Partner at MLL Legal and co-chair of the Geneva Group of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA), together with Alexandra Johnson, Partner at Pestalozzi are, organizing a conference on arbitration on 13 October 2026 at 17:30 at the CCIG in Geneva on the topic:
“From Award to Collection: Bridging the Enforcement Gap”
The speakers will be:
- Laurence Ponty (Archipel)
- Jurriaan Braat (Omni Bridgeway)
The session will begin with a brief presentation by Luca Beffa (Charles Russell Speechlys) introducing the ASA Art Group.
The event will provide an opportunity to discuss current challenges surrounding the enforcement and collection of arbitral awards, with a particular focus on bridging the gap between obtaining an award and successfully recovering the awarded amounts.
The presentations will be followed by an interactive discussion, giving participants the opportunity to share their experiences and ask questions.
A networking aperitif will be held after the session on the CCIG premises, providing an opportunity for further exchange and networking.
