Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) Conference on 26 November 2024 in Geneva
Jean Marguerat, as co-chair of the Geneva Group of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA), along with Alexandra Johnson, are organizing a conference on Arbitration on 26 November 2024 on the topics: “Summary of recent case law of the Swiss Federal Supreme Court on international arbitration” by Ms Sumin Jo, followed by Mr Pierre-Yves Tschanz’s “Carte Blanche“, where he will be sharing his vast experience as a counsel and arbitrator.
The presentations will be followed by a general discussion during which members of the Group will be able to share their experience and ask questions. An aperitif will be held after the session on the CCIG premises. The event language is French.
