Jean Marguerat, as co-chair of the Geneva Group of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA), along with Alexandra Johnson, are organizing a conference on Arbitration on 21 May 2024 at 17:30 on the topic “Investor-state dispute settlement mechanism (ISDS) – Reform at UNCITRAL”.
The speakers will be:

The presentations will be followed by a general discussion during which members of the Group will be able to share their experience and ask questions.
