MLLStart! acted as transaction counsel for Yoordi in Yoordi’s seed financing round
The team to support Yoordi and its founders Elisa Chiarelli and Jörg Wasmeier with its seed financing round was led by Karin Oberlin (Partner, Transactions/MLLStart!) and included Melanie Müller (Senior Associate, Transaction/MLLStart!) and Thomas Nabholz (Partner, Tax).
With Yoordi, guests are able to order and pay independently via QR code when visiting a restaurant. Operators are able to increase their efficiency and optimise staff deployment. In addition, an increase in turnover of up to 30% is attainable as well as higher gratuity for the staff.
