MLL wins WTR and IAM’s Trademark Litigation Firm of the Year 2020 for the second consecutive year
World Trademark Review (WTR) announced the winners of their Global IP Awards and our firm won the Trademark Litigation Firm of the Year 2020.
WTR’s annual Global IP Awards recognise law and attorney firm excellence in the fields of trademark and patent work, and were announced at a gala dinner in London on 29 January 2020. Peter Schramm, Guillaume Fournier and Estelle Seiler attended the event among 250 leading lawyers from more than 50 jurisdictions.
As mentionned in WTR1000, 2020, our firm’s IP team is particulary recognized for its “expertise in patent litigation, trade mark and design infringement matters, cases involving EU law, as well as copyright, advertising and brand name aspects.”
