We are happy to announce that MLL Legal sponsored the ASA Town Hall conference that took place on 29 September 2023 in Bern.
Jean Marguerat moderated a roundtable on the topic of arbitrators’ disclosure, dealing with the question of what kind of relationships between the arbitrator and a party create a conflict, which clearly do not and what are the grey areas. The proper approach to the disclosure in such circumstances were also discussed.
