MLL Legal in LegalcommunityCH: Making AI a Working Method
Our Managing Partner Kilian Schärli is featured on the cover of the latest issue of LegalcommunityCH. In the accompanying article, he discusses how MLL Legal is embedding artificial intelligence into its daily work while continuing to focus on legal excellence, entrepreneurial culture and long-term client trust.
LegalcommunityCH first interviewed Kilian in 2024, when MLL Legal was presenting itself as “the Swiss firm of the future”. Almost two years later, the article shows how this vision has increasingly become an operating reality.
The article highlights how MLL Legal is evolving as a future-oriented Swiss business law firm, with selective growth, strong sector expertise in areas such as AI, digital assets, tokenisation and life sciences, and an international platform firmly rooted in Swiss law.
Kilian emphasises that AI will not replace lawyers, but will change how lawyers spend their time. Technology can support efficiency, knowledge management and collaboration, while judgement, responsibility and trust remain fundamentally human.
