MLL Legal advises the seller in the sale of Arnold Deppeler S.A., a Swiss dental instruments manufacturer with seat in Rolle (VD), to the strategic Swedish investor Lifco Group. Lifco has 257 operating companies in 34 countries. Arnold Deppeler S.A. has a long-lasting history in developing and manufacturing cutting-edge dental instruments and will be consolidated in Lifco Group’s Dental business area.
