MLL Legal advised the shareholders of the Swibox Group in the next phase of growth consisting of a strategic partnership with the SRG & SERVE Group under a joint holding company controlled by EOS Partners.
Swibox is a leading Swiss supplier of electrical enclosures and enclosure solutions of all kinds for clients in the mechanical and plant engineering industry.
To market its existing and new product developments on an international level, Swibox will enter a strategic partnership with the SRG & SERVE Group based in Germany and Luxembourg, renowned for its expertise in process technology, energy distribution and building automation. For their cooperation, Swibox and SRG & SERVE will be brought together under a joint holding company controlled by EOS Partners but will continue to operate as independent companies. The entire management of Swibox will remain shareholders in this new group of companies.
