MLL Legal assisted Plasmalex SAS on the acquisition of the Swiss company Coat-X SA.

The addition of the world’s tightest implantable multilayer COAT-X thin films to Plasmalex’s portfolio is a significant expansion of Plasmalex’s offering and will allow it to offer a comprehensive range of surface functionalization and protection solutions.
