MLL Legal advised on the merger of Burkhalter and Poenina
The successful merger of Burkhalter Holding AG and poenina holding ag, both listed on SIX Swiss Exchange, the listing of the newly issued shares of Burkhalter on SIX Swiss Exchange and the delisting of the shares of Poenina were completed on 30 June 2022.
The merger is driven by the energy strategy 2050 and will allow the combined company to offer a full range of building technology services. Based on the closing share price of 29 June 2022, the market cap of Burkhalter has exceeded CHF 750 million. The transaction was accompanied by MLL Legal as legal adviser and Zurcher Kantonalbank as Lead Manager.
