MLL acted as legal advisor to VanEck in the listing of a new VanEck Exchange Traded Product (ETP) on SIX Swiss Exchange
MLL is pleased to have accompanied VanEck ETP AG in the multicurrency listing of the VanEck Terra ETN (Ticker: VLNA) on the SIX Swiss Exchange. The new product is trading on SIX since 6 April 2022. With this new product, VanEck has a total of eight products listed and trading on SIX.
The new VanEck ETP provides investors with exposure to the price of Terra without having to buy the crypto currency themselves whilst the ETP is fully collateralised by the underlying cryptocurrency stored in cold storage at a regulated crypto custodian.
The New York-based investment management firm VanEck has a history of looking beyond the financial markets to identify trends. They were one of the first asset managers to offer investors access to gold investing in 1968, emerging markets in 1993, and Exchange Traded Funds in 2006.
MLL partner Mark Montanari (capital markets) advised VanEck ETP AG with respect to the entire listing process of the new product on SIX.
