MLL Legal advised lead investors Wingman Ventures and BASF Venture Capital in the seed financing round of DePoly SA
On 27 June 2023, DePoly SA announced the successful closing of its seed financing round led by Wingman Ventures and BASF Venture Capital.
DePoly SA‘s goal is to create a cleaner world for future generations by converting PET waste to premium quality raw materials for reuse. DePoly has developed a unique and innovative process to recycle all PET plastics without the need to pre-wash, pre-sort, or separate out other plastics.
At Wingman Ventures and BASF Venture Capital, Gabriel Wildberger (Legal Counsel, Wingman Ventures) and Katalin Lehnhardt-Busche (Senior Legal Counsel, BASF SE) were involved in the transaction.
