MLL Legal advised Dufour Aerospace on its Series B financing round including Vista Global Holding Limited
MLL Legal advised Dufour Aerospace AG on all legal aspects of the Series B financing round, including the preparation and execution of the capital increase, the structuring of the investment and the drafting and negotiation of the entire contractual documentation. The team consisted of Christian Rebell, Loredana Hartmann and Melanie Müller.
Dufour Aerospace AG develops sustainable and efficient tilt-wing aircraft that take-off and land vertically like a helicopter but fly with the speed of an airplane. The aircraft will be used mainly for the transport of patients and passengers, logistics and public safety.
