MLL Legal acted as legal advisor to Rhystadt AG in its capacity as borrower in connection with a mortgage-backed facility agreement under Swiss law with UBS Switzerland AG as mandated lead arranger, bookrunner, agent, security agent and lender as well as other financial institutions as lender and in cooperation with Nova Property Fund Management AG, which was successfully concluded for the purpose of (re-)financing the existing mortgage financing at that time and further supporting the further development of the Klybeckareal in Basel-Stadt.
