CMTA (Capital Markets and Technology Association) brings together 41 leading actors from Switzerland’s financial, tech and legal sectors, in the creation of standards to facilitate the use of distributed ledger technology (DLT) in the field of capital markets.
As a recognised leading firm in the field of capital markets law, MLL will support the CMTA’s objectives to promote legal certainty and clear standards for companies, investors and financial intermediaries to fully exploit the potential of DLT.
