Ülkü Cibik named among the “30 Most Influential Figures 2026” in the Swiss Structured Products Market
The derivatives magazine “Payoff” has published the 17th edition of its annual Payoff Yearbook, once again identifying the 30 most important representatives of the Swiss structured products market. The yearbook is widely regarded as a key reference for market participants, providing a comprehensive overview of the industry’s developments, key platforms, and regulatory environment.
We are pleased to announce that Ülkü Cibik, Counsel and Head of the Türkiye Desk at MLL Legal, has been included in this year’s selection.
Recognition of Market Expertise
Ülkü Cibik’s practice focuses on banking and financial markets law, corporate and commercial law, with particular emphasis on structured products and derivatives. She is an acknowledged expert in the field and acts, among other roles, as an authorised representative for the listing of structured products and derivatives with SIX Exchange Regulation.
In addition to advising issuers and financial institutions on structured products, Ülkü regularly supports clients in:

- Projects involving cryptocurrencies, distributed ledger technology (DLT), and blockchain
Since November 2018, she has been mandated by the Swiss Structured Products Association (SSPA) to support its Legal & Regulation business area. Furthermore, she has been a member of the expert jury of the Swiss Derivative Awards since 2021, contributing her expertise to the assessment of outstanding structured products and issuers in the Swiss market.
