Sauter Bachmann AG is a company engaged in developing and producing high-precision gears and gearboxes for Swiss and international clients in the aerospace and industrial segment.
MLL advised Swiss KMU Partners, a multi-family office, and SIC Group AG, with regard to the legal aspects of the transaction, which was signed in December 2021.
