Jean Marguerat speaker at the International Arbitration Congress in Barcelona on 21-22 November 2024
We are pleased to announce that Jean Marguerat was invited to be a speaker at the 7th International Arbitration Congress in Barcelona, organised by the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB)’s Arbitration Commission.
The conference, which theme is “Moving Forward”, will take place on 21 and 22 November 2024. Numerous experts in the field of arbitration will address issues such as: the resolution of cases of fraud and corruption in international arbitration, Artificial Intelligence and arbitration, arbitration and public procurement, legislative innovations and arbitration, and more.
Jean Marguerat will speak at a panel on the topic “Legislative innovations and arbitration.”
