Jean Marguerat appointed as member of the Delegation of the ICC Swiss Arbitration Commission
We are pleased to announce that Jean Marguerat has been appointed as member of the Delegation of the ICC Swiss Arbitration Commission.
The ICC Swiss Arbitration Commission is the main body of ICC Switzerland responsible for the promotion of ICC Dispute Resolution Services in Switzerland and the coordination of Swiss contributions to the ICC Dispute Resolution activities. The ICC Swiss Arbitration Commission produces reports and guidelines on legal, procedural and practical aspects of dispute resolution. It also discusses and contributes to the drafting of proposed revisions to the ICC Rules of Arbitration and other arbitration rules, such as the Rules on ICC as Appointing Authority. It drafts and approves the ICC Mediation Rules, Expert Rules and Dispute Board Rules, thus proposing new policies and tools to innovate and promote efficient and cost-effective settlement of disputes.
Jean Marguerat’s appointement will begin on 1 July 2024 for the 2024-2027 term.
