Jacques Johner successfully completes course in real estate collective investments
Senior Associate Jacques Johner has successfully completed his course in real estate collective investments from the USPI (association of Swiss real estate professionals).
The collective investments training entitled ImmoCapital is developed in partnership with COPTIS (the Swiss association of securitisation professionals) and offers participants an in-depth understanding of the mechanisms and challenges of real estate collective investments and their capital companies, mainly through their legal, regulatory and tax specificities.
Jacques Johner‘s practice includes real estate law and dispute resolution. He mainly advises and represents clients on real estate property sales and acquisitions, development and construction, tenancy issues as well as financing and structuring of real estate assets.
