Generations in Arbitration & Peter Schlechtriem CISG Conference
On 23 March 2018, at the occasion of the 25th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, the 2018 “Generations in Arbitration & Peter Schlechtriem CISG Conference”, organised by the Moot Alumni Association (MAA), will take place at the offices of Zeiler.partners in Vienna. This year, arbitration practitioners and academics will address the topics of Challenge to Arbitrators, Third Party Funding as well as Best Efforts Obligations and Ethical Standards under the CISG.
International arbitration specialist and MAA Communication Officer Nadia Smahi will moderate the panel on Challenge to Arbitrators.
