Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) Conference on 2 October 2025 at the CCIG in Geneva
Jean Marguerat, Partner at MLL Legal, as co-chair of the Geneva Group of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA), along with Alexandra Johnson, Partner at Pestalozzi, are organizing a conference on arbitration on 2 October 2025 at 17:30 at the CCIG on the topic “Revisions of French, German and English arbitration law”.
The speakers will be:
- Prof. Thomas Clay, Professor, University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, and Partner at Clay Arbitration, Paris
- James Freeman, Partner at A&O Shearman, London
- Ulrike Gantenberg, Founder of Gantenberg Dispute Experts, Düsseldorf
The presentations will be followed by an interactive discussion during which participants will be able to share their experience and ask questions.
A networking aperitif will be held after the session on the CCIG premises. The event will be in French and English.
