On 9 December 2021, EXPERTsuisse is organising a seminar on the company law reform. The conference will take place at the Fairmont Grand Hotel in Geneva.
This conference is aimed at all persons wishing to keep informed of new developments in company law and their implications in practice.
Mona Stephenson, partner at MLL Meyerlustenberger Lachenal Froriep, will be in charge of the seminar and will be one of the four speakers.
