Andrea Trost speaker at the Crypto asset regulation in Europe & the UK event on 5 December 2022
Andrea Trost, senior associate of MLL Legal, is participating in a panel discussion on the latest European and UK regulatory developments on 5 December 2022. The event will be held at Flex Zollhaus in Zurich and is organised by the Crypto Valley Association.
The panel discussion will be moderated by Ekaterina Anthony, Board Member of the CVA and Chair of the AML & Compliance Working Group and includes Diego Ballon Ossio, Christian Hissnauer, Clemens-Emanuel Gutwenger, Andrea Trost and Alexander Tollast. It will give an update on the Markets in Crypto Assets Regulation (MiCA) as well as the key steps required for a Swiss player who wishes to establish a business in the EU and/or UK.
