Im Rahmen der Diplomfeier des 30. LL.M.-Studiengangs Internationales Wirtschaftsrecht der Universität Zürich vom 6. Oktober 2026 wurde Gabriela Tsekova mit dem vom MLL Legal gestifteten Preis für die beste Leistung im Spezialisierungskurs Internationales Banken-, Kapitalmarkt- und Versicherungsrecht ausgezeichnet. MLL Legal advised RM Equity Partners (RMEP) on its acquisition of Digital Heaven GmbH, a Swiss e-commerce company active in the vape and e-cigarette sector. RMEP acquired the company from its three founders as part of its strategy to further expand its portfolio of digital consumer businesses.

MLL Legal AG, as European and Swiss legal counsel, acted alongside Loeb & Loeb LLP, as US counsel, in connection with the sale of Taco Group Holdings (Taco) to Pentair plc (NYSE: PNR). Following the signing of the definitive agreement on 27 July 2026, the transaction successfully closed on 1 October 2026.
