Debt & Equity Capital Markets

The MLL team advises on a broad spectrum of debt transactions encompassing a variety of structures, helping our clients to find workable flexible solutions in a fast-changing investment environment that fit their requirements. Our debt capital markets team covers standalone issuances, programmes, equity-linked, hybrid and subordinated debt as well as derivatives and structured finance. With regard to equity capital markets, we often advise issuers on the most appropriate transaction structure, in conjunction with the issuer’s other advisers, taking into account the issuer’s funding needs in the context of its particular requirements and the wider commercial rationale for the transaction. We advise on IPOs, secondary offerings including rights issues, open offers and placings; as well as equity-linked debt securities, block trades and accelerated book-build offerings.
