Meyerlustenberger Lachenal Ltd. advises Sanostro in the ITO of SYGNAL
Leading Swiss fintech Company Sanostro, provider of customized quantitative intelligence solutions for institutional investors, and Swiss-based Blockchain Valley Ventures (BVV), an accelerator and venture firm developing and investing in blockchain-enabled businesses, entered into a partnership to launch the Initial Token Offering (ITO) of the SYGNAL project. The SYGNAL platform uses blockchain technology to run the IT infrastructure project connecting institutional intelligence data providers and seekers of investment intelligence data, such as banks, asset managers and exchanges.
