Dr. Thomas Ladner

Dr. Thomas Ladner became Counsel with MLL Legal in 2009, having previously been Partner with the law firm since 2002. His expertise lies in corporate law, in M&A and private equity. From 2000-2004 he lectured on corporate and contract law at the University of St. Gallen HSG.

Thomas serves as a member of the board of directors in more than a dozen Swiss companies, ranging from tech start-ups to companies with turnovers of billion Swiss Francs.

He was or is the founding chairman of numerous national and international organizations which bring together CEO’s, chairmen, high profile entrepreneurs, politicians and thought leaders. Examples are “The Entrepreneurs’ Roundtable” (with local chapters in Switzerland, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Poland), the “World.Minds Foundation“ and the prestigious “Club zum Rennweg” in Zurich. In addition, he served for seven years on the board of the Swiss Management Association (“Schweizerische Management Gesellschaft SMG“).
