Sebastiano Tela

Sebastiano Tela is a lawyer in the Corporate and M&A team. His practice is focused on national and international transactions, as well as all aspects of corporate and contract law.

He advises both private and publicly listed companies on all types of M&A transactions and all matters relating to corporate law.

Sebastiano Tela has been admitted to the bar in Switzerland since 2026. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (summa cum laude) and a Master of Laws (magna cum laude) from the University of Lucerne.

Following his studies, Sebastiano worked for several years as a Junior Associate at a leading Swiss law firm in Zurich and in Lugano, focussing primarily on corporate law.

Sebastiano is fluent in Italian, German and English and has a good knowledge of French.
