Cornelia Mattig advises companies ranging from start-ups to investors as well as established players and other parties on corporate and commercial matters. Imane Kacem is a member of MLL Legal’s tax practice group in Geneva. Her practice focuses on Swiss and international tax law for both individual and corporate clients. In particular, she has broad experience in advising private clients on their relocation to Switzerland under the lump-sum taxation regime, on tax rulings related to estate and wealth planning, and on international mutual assistance in tax matters.
