The platform simplifies the creation of legal documents through advanced data automation and direct connection to the commercial register. This makes it possible to quickly and precisely create customised legal documents that are precisely tailored to your specific requirements.
PACTIS was developed by MLL Legal, a leading commercial law firm. Thanks to our many years of experience and broad expertise, we understand the needs of companies and know what is important when preparing legal documents. The automation provided by PACTIS not only makes document creation more efficient, but also ensures consistency and legal protection.
Our offer
With PACTIS, we offer three different packages that are tailored to different needs and requirements. Each package includes the review and automation of a defined number of your own legal documents, credit for pre-prepared templates from MLL Legal, as well as legal advice in areas of law not directly related to the documents.
We also offer internal referrals to our specialists if you need support with other legal matters.

1) Comments on customer templates
- Fees quoted are for simpler templates (+/- 10 variables + 3 options).
- Further customer templates by arrangement: Starter fee according to separate cost estimate + increase in licence fee.
2) Comments on MLL templates
- From a predefined selection of contracts and simpler templates (price range (for unlimited use!) between CHF 250 and 2,500 with “logical” gradations).
- Further MLL templates by arrangement: Increase licence fee.
Example for package M
We carry out a rough check of two existing customer templates and automate this with the help of our technology. Examples include your own standard offer letter, combined with the corresponding customer contract, as well as your own tried-and-tested freelancer contract. The following MLL templates, for example, can be purchased with the credit for ready-made MLL templates worth CHF 2,000: Employment contract, confidentiality agreement, loan agreement and resolution of the Board of Directors.
The services mentioned are included in the one-off starter fee of CHF 1,000. An annual licence fee of CHF 2,000 is payable for the unlimited use of the templates and the platform, as well as the 2 hours of legal advice (per year).
