Kilian Schärli works with domestic and international clients in the technology, industrial and internet sectors. He specializes in the fields of intellectual property, blockchain technology, unfair competition, licensing and distribution. He has particular expertise in commercial and transactional work relating to these fields. He acts both as legal counsel and litigator.
Dr. Michael Reinle, LL.M., Partner Zurich
Michael Reinle advises and represents clients in contentious and non contentious information and communication technology, data privacy and digitalization as well as intellectual property, unfair competition and advertising law matters. In addition, he has broad experience in regulatory matters concerning foodstuff, consumer goods, and medicinal products.
Dr. Ulrike Ciesla, Dipl.-Chem., Partner Zurich
Ulrike Ciesla is a European Patent Attorney and holds a Ph.D. in chemistry. She has vast experience in examination, opposition and appeal proceedings before the European and German Patent Offices and has been involved in litigation proceedings relating to pharmaceutical patents in Germany and Switzerland. Ulrike now focuses on the enforcement of patents in Switzerland complementing MLL’s strong patent litigation team.
Philippe Mantel, Partner Geneva
Philippe Mantel represents individual and corporate clients in tax matters and has wide-ranging experience in international and corporate tax matters. Before joining MLL Philippe worked for about 10 years in the corporate tax departments of the Big Four firms, in Geneva, Lausanne and Zurich.
