Swiss Derivative Awards 2026 celebrate Excellence in Structured Products
On 26 March 2026, the Swiss Derivative Awards were held for the 21st time, reaffirming their status as one of Switzerland’s most prestigious recognitions in the structured products and derivatives sector.
The awards continue to highlight quality, innovation, and professional excellence in the industry. Ülkü Cibik, Counsel Banking & Finance and Head of the Türkiye Desk at MLL Legal, attended the ceremony, underscoring her prominent role in Switzerland’s derivatives community.
The Swiss Derivative Awards are presented annually to banks and issuers in recognition of innovative financial products, high service quality, and strong market performance. Widely regarded as a benchmark for the industry, the awards provide insights into the latest trends and developments in the Swiss derivatives market.
Ülkü Cibik plays a key role in the awards. As a member of the expert jury since 2021, she collaborates with her fellow jurors to select the best structured products and issuers. Her expertise spans structured products and derivatives, including advising on listings at SIX Exchange Regulation. Since November 2018, she has been mandated by the Swiss Structured Products Association (SSPA) to support its Legal & Regulation business unit. Additionally, she is listed as one of the “30 Most Influential Figures” in the 2026 edition of the Structured Products Yearbook by Payoff Magazine.
