Swiss Arbitration Association Conference on Arbitration and Intellectual Property in Geneva on 18 August 2022
Arbitration has emerged as a suitable means of resolving many intellectual property disputes. The speakers will present selected aspects of the topic as well as recent developments and future prospects. The conference is organised by Jean Marguerat and Alexandra Johnson, as co-chairs of the Swiss Arbitration Association group in Geneva, and will take place on Thursday 18 August 2022 in Geneva.
